HR Manager

Job Title: HR Manager
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum   
Location: St Albans    
Contract: Permanent, Full Time, 36.25 hrs per week, Monday to Friday (9am - 5.15 pm)

An exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join a well established professional services business in the lovely town of St Albans. This role offers the chance to play a pivotal role in shaping the HR function of a dynamic organisation, contributing to its continued success and growth.
The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in ensuring their people are supported and will work alongside the head of people to deliver HR Projects and manage the day to day operational people matters of the firm.
 
SKILLS REQUIRED
·Significant previous experience in a managerial or advisory HR role
·CIPD qualified is highly desirable.
·Strong communication skills and confident when dealing with people at the highest level.
·An up to date, understanding, of present and planned employment legislation.
·A supportive and collaborative approach
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
·Line management of the HR Assistant
·Create a HR Data dashboard.
·Manage the fill employee lifecycle including recruitment and onboarding, induction, managing payroll process, administering pensions, performance management and internal movements leavers etc
·Review of all HR process and policies
·Responding to employee, and line manager HR enquiries
·Manage employee, relations casework with care.
·Carry out return to work interviews
