HR Manager - Contract position
£50,000-£60,000

The Advocate Group are proud to be partnered with a leading FMCG business at the forefront of excellence. With a commitment to delivering high-quality products to consumers, we are seeking a proactive and strategic HR Manager to play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end HR functions.

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the human resources spectrum, contributing to the growth and success of the Business. We are looking for a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, who will play a critical part in driving HR initiatives, fostering a positive work culture, and supporting the achievement of business goals.

 The Role:
  - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

   - Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, integrating them into the organizational culture.

   - Proactively manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.

   - Implement effective communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

   - Provide coaching and support to managers on performance-related matters.

   - Collaborate with Finance to manage payroll factors, budgets and forecasts.

   - Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with relevant laws and standards.

   - Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring competitive and comprehensive offerings.

   - Anticipate and address HR-related challenges before they escalate.

   - Implement innovative solutions to enhance effectiveness.

The Person:

- Proven experience as an HR Manager in an FMCG or manufacturing  industry.

- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to work proactively, independently, and collaboratively.

- Proficient in HRIS, payroll systems, and other relevant HR technologies.

- Strategic thinker with a focus on driving business results through effective HR management.
