We are seeking experience an HR Manager to undertake an initial 6-month temporary contract via Hays in Bournemouth, Dorset.
You will be working as part of a large organisation supporting the HR Director with a variety of HR projects and activities including the below but will be dependant on experiencies :

  • HR operational matters,
  • Workforce planning,
  • Strategic development,
  • Reward,
  • HR systems
  • Analytics

Were seeking an experienced HR Manager / HR Generalist who has the ability to work across a variety of areas including : operations, reward, systems, analytics, workforce planning, project, strategic development.

  • You will need experience of working within large, complex unionised environments.
  • Ideally Chartered MCIPD / Post Grad Diploma Level 7 CIPD

Offer

  • The role will be offered on an initial 6 months contract working via Hays on a weekly time sheet basis
  • 3 days per week as a minimum on site in Bournemouth
  • Projects will be identified depending upon candidates' experiences.
