A superb Luxury award winning uniform design company is looking to appoint an ambitious and experienced HR manager. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, hands-on HR Manager who will support the entire team and work closely with management to help develop the team and company’s processes and policies. The successful applicant will set up and update existing procedures and processes whilst providing guidance and support to the Directors. They are ideally looking for someone to work 2-3 days a week

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Corporate HR consultancy in ensuring the issue is being evaluated appropriately and handled in the best manner possible.
  • Effectively supporting line managers in effectively monitoring and improving performance and ensuring development plans are in place where needed.
  • Providing adequate and appropriate advice to line managers, covering all aspects of HR and coaching through difficult or unfamiliar situation, minimising risk for the business.
  • Partner with employees at all levels across the company to better understand and incorporate their needs into training,
  • career-pathing, and development initiatives
  • Create job descriptions, screen candidates, welcome and integrate the new hire.

Role Requirements

  • A minimum of five years of experience in Human Resources, team management, recruiting, and performance management.
  • CIPD qualified ideally level 5, with excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and consulting skills in dealing with employees at all levels of the organization, including leadership, influencing and relationship-building across functions.
  • Experience coaching mid or senior-level leaders to improve leadership performance.
  • Ideally come from working in fashion
