HR Business Partner, Private Equity, LondonHybrid working 4 days a week in office
£60-75k

Working for a private equity firm in London's West End, that spans across EMEA with 400 headcount. Joining a team of 4, (2 HR Directors & 1 HR Analyst). You'll be joining as a senior generalist that can support the Senior Management population on all things-people related, with a blend of strategic & operations HR cyclical work including projects. You will be able to demonstrate hand's on experience such as, dealing with complex ER cases; creating D&I business cases; performance management processes and all other HR generalist activities. You'll be expected to have excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders through commercial data.

For this role, you'll be someone who has gained a wealth of exposure with senior stakeholders within a private equity / wealth management / investment management / VC or hedgefund firm within your most recent role. There is a preference for a candidate who has seen over 2 full HR calendars through within their current organisation.

You will be able to gain knowledge and be mentored by 2 HR directors who want to develop someone within their HR career, proactively seeking opportunities to grow your expertise within the field. Excellent benefits are also linked to this role, including enhanced pension and other benefits typically within PE firms (i.e. private healthcare, bonus, etc...)
