Are you looking for a varied HR Generalist role where you are supporting ER in a positive environment? Our client is a multisite logistics/ company and have a need for an ER/ HR Advisor.

The job is a varied and busy role supporting a business going through change. Supporting 2 sites in North London, the role involves providing expert end to end ER support to site managers.

Further aspects of the role include;

  • Managing/ advisor ER cases (complex and day to day)
  • Relationship building with key stakeholders
  • Guiding and empowering managers through change
  • Assisting in compiling key reports
  • Supporting various HR projects
  • Employee engagement

Previous experience

  • Previous experience in an end-to-end HR/ ER role, ideally gained in an unionised environment - desirable
  • Someone with a strong and organised personality coupled with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Ability to working in a very busy/ ever-changing environment
  • Proven relationship building experience
