CMA Recruitment Group is currently recruiting a part-time People Director to join a growing organisation to support the expansion of the HR function. This opportunity will contribute to the development and delivery of strategic HR plans and initiatives.

What will the HR Director role involve?

  • Implementing the new HR system
  • Supporting and managing the HR team
  • Design and delivery of the people strategy Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Lead initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Manage employee engagement programs and foster a positive workplace culture.

Suitable Candidate for the HR Director vacancy:

  • Experience of working on the senior leadership team
  • CIPD Level 5 or above
