Role details - HR Data Analyst
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented HR Data Analyst to join a dynamic HR team on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for supporting system integration, analysing HR data, and producing data reports for key stakeholders within the business.

What will you be doing?
- Producing KPI data to the HR team and wider business
- Producing monthly reports on people-related data
- Acting as the first point of contact for system related queries
- Maintaining organisation charts
- Supporting with the integration of various systems, including Applicant Tracking System, Learning Management System, HR and Payroll Systems
- Supporting with ad hoc systems and data projects

What skills will you need?
- Proven experience in data analysis, data manipulation and data reporting
- Broad knowledge of HR systems
- Comfortable presenting people-related data and creating reports to deliver to the wider business
- Google Suite knowledge is advantageous
