HR & Culture Manager
An opportunity to join an established but growing company and to set up and develop a HR function for the business.
Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for developing standard reporting at the same time as supporting the business through normal HR activities working to create a culture that attracts great talent, nurtures existing talent and promotes a healthy work environment. You will need to understand business strategy/objectives and then deliver the principles in a people capacity.
You will need to be confident at working by yourself and taking initiative where necessary to utilise your own experiences to create a set of people management systems and policies that move the business forward to becoming the place everyone wishes to work.
We are looking for those with experience in HR with strong understanding of employment law and associated risks to the business.
You’ll either be experienced in setting HR strategy, procedures and policies or someone looking to take the step into a more autonomous senior role in this space.
