We are working with a London Council to find an experienced HR Consultant to take on a project type role which amongst other things will require you to carry out a cleanse of the organisations legacy terms and conditions and identify any issues that could relate to contractual matters. Its a really important piece of work to lead on that will have an organisation wide impact.

Its expected that this will be around 6 months work that requires someone with a strong HR background perhaps at HR Manager / Head of HR level that can influence other departments, such as Payroll, with any changes or actions that need to be taken.

Ideally you will have a local government background to enable you to hit the ground running but if you have experience in carrying out a very similar project in another large organisation you will also be considered.

This role is an immediate start paying £350-£400 per day with the requirement to be on site once a week in London.
