Responsibilities:
- Consulting clients on all areas of the HR function including policies and procedures, ER cases and the fully employee lifecycle
- Reopening policy and comms writing such as Hybrid policy, WFH guides, staff comms
- Reviewing policies/HR processes and suggesting recommendations
- Review and improve client benefits and compensation offerings
- Assist and manage any ad hoc projects to improve clients HR offering
To apply for this role you must have:
- A proven track record in HR Consulting
- CIPD qualified or similar qualification
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to prioritise and use own initiative
- A self-starter who is able to work autonomously
- You must have the right to work in the UK.
