My client, a consulting firm is looking for an experienced HR Consultant to assist with their growth. This is a full time, permanent role based 5 days in the office, and the successful candidate will be responsible for consulting their clients on all aspects of the HR function.

Responsibilities:
  • Consulting clients on all areas of the HR function including policies and procedures, ER cases and the fully employee lifecycle
  • Reopening policy and comms writing such as Hybrid policy, WFH guides, staff comms
  • Reviewing policies/HR processes and suggesting recommendations
  • Review and improve client benefits and compensation offerings
  • Assist and manage any ad hoc projects to improve clients HR offering

To apply for this role you must have:
  • A proven track record in HR Consulting
  • CIPD qualified or similar qualification
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Ability to prioritise and use own initiative
  • A self-starter who is able to work autonomously
  • You must have the right to work in the UK.
