A leading independent school in Birmingham is seeking an HR and Compliance Officer from May or June 2024. This is a full time and permanent position.
This independent school strives to offer a stimulating and nurturing environment in which children can learn and develop. Staff members are friendly and caring, sharing best practice and ensuring every pupil achieves their full potential. Learning outside the classroom is encouraged through extracurricular clubs and trips.
The Head is looking for someone to provide an operational Human Resource service to the staff of this outstanding independent school that delivers best practice in HR and statutory compliance. Duties and responsibilities include HR Strategy, Performance Management, Training and Development, Recruitment, Data Protection and Compliance and Absence Recording and Reporting. It is hoped the successful candidate will be enthusiastic and able to work within a close knit team whilst managing and prioritising their own workload. The successful applicant must show attention to detail and be able to demonstrate high standards of presentation in their work, both verbal and written.
