HR Case Management Advisor - 39518 - £22.51/hr umbrella rate

Jonathan Lee Recruitment is looking for an experienced and dedicated HR Case Management Advisor to provide exceptional customer service for absence, disciplinary and grievance cases to customers across several sites in the West Midlands. This is a contract role based at either Castle Bromwich or Wolverhampton site, and comes with a contract rate of £22.51 per hour (Umbrella, Inside IR35).

As an HR Case Management Advisor, you will coordinate and deliver HR Case Management support, focused on the resolution of cases, to support the site Operations team to meet strategic objectives.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

• Manage a case load of various complex ER in line with internal policies and processes
• Provide effective operational support for disciplinary actions, employee grievances, performance improvement and absence, including complex cases
• Support line managers to chair absence reviews, disciplinary and grievance investigations and hearings, up to and including dismissal and appeal
• Make recommendations on appropriate case outcomes through applying sound judgement and based on appropriate risk analysis
• Support process improvement projects.

• Experience in supporting the preparation of information for Employment Tribunals

• Ability to work effectively under pressure with autonomy.
