JSS HR are delighted to be on the lookout for an HR Business Partner to cover the South West Region.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead on all operational People activity within the Region with support of wider Advisory team
  • Lead on all complex ER matters and investigations
  • Deliver training programmes
  • Partner and build excellent relationships with senior managers/directors in the business
  • Upskill line managers on people management capabilities
  • Work with managers on talent and succession plans
  • Push forward strategic HR agenda in the region
  • Work closely with wider HR team and CoEs to ensure consistency across the board

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in an HR BP role or similar
  • Able to work at pace
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communicator
  • Understanding of working in a Public Sector/Not for Profit environment would be beneficial but not essential.
