Are you ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role in a Charity that makes a difference? 

Working Hours: Flexible hours (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 9:00am - 17:00pm)

Salary: £31,850 - £34,125

Location: Primarily remote work, occasional face-to-face meetings in London (1-2 times a month). Occasional travel to cover the North of England, including the north.

Reporting Line: This person will report to the Business Partner. Close collaboration with the BP based in the north.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive HR advice and support to managers across the organisation.
  • Assist in delivering the People Strategy aligned with safeguarding and EDI policies.
  • Coach managers on employee relations matters.

Experience:

  • Generalist ER background.
  • Handling complex ER cases and TUPE experience.
  • Familiarity with change management, long-term sickness, and organisational growth.

Qualifications:

  • CIPD Level 5 or above.
  • Industry experience (private or public) that aligns with organisational values.
