HR Business Partner Job in Bournemouth

We are excited to be working with a client in Bournemouth who are looking for a new HR Business Partner to join their HR function. This is a crucial role to support the further growth of the business, focusing on not just the day to day HR, but bringing in L&D to improve progression and development opportunities in addition to general day to day performance.

For this HR Business Partner role, we are looking for someone who already has a solid HR background, looking to step up into this position. This position would suit candidates who are keen to provide strategic insight, day to day HR support, and partner with managers to continue the success and growth of the business and its people.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement HR strategies
  • Support managers with any ER issues, performance improvement and upskilling in teams to ensure solid succession planning long term
  • Own the employee lifecycle from onboarding, training initiatives to identifying areas of improvement
  • Work with the in house recruiter to identify skills gaps, staffing needs and recruitment strategies while considering culture fit
  • Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and regulatory requirements and providing guidance when needed

Minimum Experience Required:

  • Strong background in HR and understanding of the UK employment law and best practices
  • Able to instigate positive change and improvement in a collaborative way with peers
  • Able to build strong relationships and influence those at all levels

Salary & Benefits:

  • £35 - 40,000 per annum
  • 25 days holiday increasing with service
  • Monday - Friday office hours
