FIND is working with a leading Education Trust to recruit an experienced HR Professional to cover a number of trust schools.  This is a great opportunity to support School Leadership Teams with all aspects of the HR Function.

Reporting into a Regional HR Manager, key duties for this role include- 
  • provide HR service support to cluster schools in the region.
  • policy development and delivery.
  • employee relations oversight in given schools.
  • oversight of performance management, absence and disciplinary processes in each school.
  • training and development.
  • recruitment and on-boarding.
  • oversight of all pre-employment checks.
  • contribute to employee engagement programmes.
  • provide accurate record keeping.
The ideal candidate for this role- 
  • has worked in an HR role in an education setting (desirable). 
  • is CIPD qualified or working towards- or has extensive relevant experience. 
  • possesses ER case management experience.
  • is an effective communicator.
  • has worked extensively with HRIS.
  • holds a strong understanding of UK HR Law.
  • can build effective relationships at all levels.
