Your new role
As the lead HR Business Partner, you will have the dotted line responsibility for the HR team ensuring that a sound HR service is provided for the wider business. Reporting into the Director you will partner with the business and mangers looking after a client group of around 300.
This is a busy and demanding role and requires a competent and senior strategic focussed HR professional who is able to lead on business priorities including talent and EDI initiatives and business in complex/critical issues. Continuously improve HR processes and work closely with the business to guide and influence to ensure an effective HR impact is made.

What you'll need to succeed
MCIPD qualified or with equivalent qualifications/experience.
People management experience
Have come from an engineering / sustainability business (or similar)
Have extensive business partnering experience within a large and complex organisation
