HR Business Partner
Southwark
£27 per hour
Full Time Contract ( 3 months)

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a HR Business Partner in Southwark . This is a contract with a scope for transferring to permanent position working full time hours.

The job:

  • To provide a professional HR service to managers on all workforce related matters including organisational change, resourcing, management of attendance, performance management
  • Provide expert advice on organisational change projects, working closely with colleague
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with supported managers and other stakeholders, to ensure that HR plans and interventions deliver positive outcomes
  • Supply a quality operational HR service, providing clear business focused outcomes for the business area supported
  • Plan, establish and maintain effective working arrangements with Trade Unions and other stakeholders and partners


The candidate:

  • Graduate membership of the CIPD or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience
  • Practical experience in working as a HR professional in a large complex organisation
  • Monitoring, analysis and interpreting HR MI, maintain up to date HR records
  • Identifying training needs and developing solutions to ensure high quality outcomes
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the public sector is essential
