HR Business Partner

I am currently working on a role that is not only a foot in the door to a brilliant, stable and growing midlands based manufacturing company, but a chance to make a role your own and be part of a team!

This is a permanent HR Business Partner position reporting to a Head of HR. You will work in partnership with them to establish all policies and processes, best ways of working and ensure everything is fit for purpose. This is a reasonably generalist position (they have centralised recruitment) where you will establish relationships with key stake holders, head up all ER case work and manage all HR focused projects.

You will operate as part of a small team, of which you will set targets and objectives and support with their career development

Finally, this is a role where you can really make it your own, the environment is fast paced, commercial and doesn't suffer fools. Therefore you will need to have worked in a similar environment to really be able to hit the ground running.

The position is paying c£45,000p.a. + benefits and is on site 5 days a week in Leicestershire.
