We are pleased to be supporting a local social enterprise in the appointment of an HR Business Partner for their locations across Norfolk.

Reporting to the Director of HR, the role will play a key part in the delivery of the People Strategy by providing hands on, generalist, operational People support to managers.  
The successful candidate will be CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified and demonstrate hands on experience of supporting people through change, and possess a strong HR generalist background. You will have a collaborative approach, with the drive and confidence to integrate and influence a variety of stakeholders including the senior management team. Working within  a designated business area, you will be solutions focused, with the capability to juggle varying priorities in a fast paced environment.  

Key areas of the role will include:
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in your directorate, enabling them to take ownership and responsibility for the development of their teams
  • Partner with the managers providing pragmatic guidance and support on all people matters, including employee relations,performance, L&D and employee engagement
  • Support any change management plans, restructuring and people development across the directorate as and when required. 
  • Lead or participate in projects, providing input to improve ways of working and business change and efficiency.
