Home based with travel around East Midlands

Full time hours - 37 hours a week

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the HR strategy and be part of a dedicated team passionate about delivering excellence. Working closely with multiple schools, you will provide expert guidance and support on a wide range of HR matters, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and promoting a positive working culture.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a generalist HR role in an education environment, with the experience of managing complex casework through to dismissal is essential for this position.
