Elevation Recruitment Group HR are delighted to be working with one of our leading Manufacturing clients in Barnsley to help identify a HR Business Partner for their growing business.

Reporting into the Head of HR and working with the wider HR team there will be a huge opportunity for you to develop your career in this role as exposure will be provided to the full remit of HR.

This role is responsible for providing HR support covering all generalist aspects, including employee relations, guidance on best practice, company policies, terms and conditions of employment and legislation, change and development. Additionally the role will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to embed the culture and values that are key to the business and supporting all levels of management and employees to ensure the best performance in a motivating environment.

In this role there will be an emphasis on BAU activity and you must feel confident to manage issues autonomously with minimal guidance, exposure to more senior and strategic business partnering activities will be with the support of the Head of HR.

To be successful:

  • CIPD level 5+ or equivalent
  • Proven track record in HR ideally from a manufacturing or similar environment
  • Confidence to work autonomously and make decisions independently
  • Positive, creative, can-do attitude
