HR Business Partner

With a heavy focus on employee engagement and HR as a service, this role is needing both a strategic thinking Business Partner who can also advise senior level stakeholders to influence employee relations at all levels.

Daily you will be supporting senior leaders with expert advice and guidance to enable decision making and future planning. You will have access to volumes of management information to produce high impacting reports and will lead or heavily support on major projects which will be delivered company/UK wide.

Whilst technical experience in a similar HRBP role is required, it’s also vital that you are a strong collaborator who can work with the wider HR team and across all business levels.

This position is offered on a hybrid contract with travel required in the South West region. Days/hours spent in the office will be agreed at offer stage. Typically the HR team are in the office 3 days per week but with flexibility offered on both sides.
