Your new role

Partnering with the Directorate, you'll lead a small HR team and be responsible for shaping and delivering HR programmes to complement the overall business strategy. A critical friend, you'll provide support and guidance to the business.

What you'll need to succeed
The role will suit a commercial business partner with experience gained in a manufacturing environment. You'll have a deep understanding of the operational KPIs, and can confidently align HR strategy to safety, quality, cost and delivery.
You'll be a true HR generalist with a broad toolkit, be a natural leader and have excellent interpersonal skills. CIPD qualified or equivalent, you'll have excellent employment law knowledge and a track record of operating at a strategic level whilst evidencing a genuine appetite for operational rigour. You easily build trust in the workplace and look for opportunities and solutions.

The package includes a competitive bonus, a generous holiday entitlement and a good pension. This is a full-time 37.5hr week role and offers hybrid working.
