I am recruiting for a HR Business Partner to support the organisation's HR function and partner with business leaders to drive people initiatives aligned with their company’s objectives. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive HR support to assigned business functions, contributing to the development and implementation of HR programs and policies, and fostering a positive working culture and practices.

Job Description:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and develop HR strategies and solutions that support business objectives.
  • Provide advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
  • Support the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and supporting the offer process.
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and deliver training programs on various HR topics.
  • Handle Employee Relations issues, including conducting investigations and resolving conflicts.
  • Support the performance management process by providing coaching and facilitating performance reviews.
  • Assist with HR reporting and analytics, tracking key metrics and providing insights.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • CIPD qualification.
  • Generalist experience and working knowledge of current UK employment law.
  • Ability to build effective relationships and influence across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrable Employee Relations casework experience.
  • Commercial approach with a willingness to challenge.
  • Positive and flexible outlook in the face of ambiguity and change.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills across all levels of the organisation.
  • Proven ability to apply judgement and decision-making in new situations.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
