HR Business Partner for Supply Chain and Operations

LOCATION: Haddenham UK (onsite role)

Reporting to EMEA Supply Chain and Operations HR Director, this HR Business Partner position acts as a strategic partner to Haddenham Operations and Supply Chain Directors, and their respective leadership teams in developing and implementing programs and initiatives that support and enable the organization’s short- and long-range goals and objectives. This position develops a consistent approach and process to implement HR programs and practices across Haddenham Operations and UK Supply Chain teams.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

•Drive the HR agenda for the Haddenham Operations and UK Supply Planning Teams which support business growth, builds capabilities and drives engagement, in partnership with managers.
•Ensure organisational design and resource capability are in place to enable achievement of business goals through robust recruitment and development processes.
•Work in partnership with the team to ensure effective management of complex employee relations issues.
•Work closely with HR expert functions (Compensation & Benefits, Talent & Learning, Talent Acquisition, and Internal Communications) to ensure appropriate deployment of HR processes (Talent review, Employee Engagement Survey, Annual Salary review, Learning activities, etc).
•Work closely with HR personnel teams who provide administrative and transactional services to our EMEA locations.
•Drive HR process improvement, special projects, and effective change management programs/initiatives from idea through implementation. Applies sound judgment, and considers regional / global impact, when developing solutions.
•Provide HR expertise to Supply Chain and Operations functions on implementing and delivering people aspects of business programs.
•Operationalize strategic HR initiatives/programs and execute usually at a country or site level, and multi-site and multi-country as required.
•Participate in Regional and Global HR Projects which support Operational Excellence Programs.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

•HR related degree.
•Proven experience across multiple areas of HR, which includes familiarity in partnering with, managing, or providing consultation to a customer group.
•Experience operationalizing strategy and partnering on projects and change initiatives.
•Experience with diverse client groups and agility to work with matrixed functional areas and stakeholders.
•Proven experience of delivering in a HR business partner capacity is essential.
•Prior experience of driving change initiatives to successful conclusion.
•Experience of coaching leaders to deliver effective people solutions.
•Strong knowledge of current UK employment legislation.
•Proven experience of managing employee relations in a fast-paced global matrix environment.
•Ability to influence without formal authority at all levels of the organisation.
•Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation.
•Proven experience in delivery and execution of effective talent development strategies.
•Ability to work with a good balance of autonomy and reporting.
•Good knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point.
