HR Business Partner - Change Management

Macildowie HR are currently working on a 6 month FTC for a HR Business Partner based onsite in Leicester.

Your role will be two fold -

1. You will work as part of a team to provide HR support to the operational site of 800ppl. This will include anything from escalation point for employee relations cases, building relationships with key stake holders and management of the onsite HR team

1. There are exciting changes coming to the business and they need someone to work in partnership with the Operations team to deliver a change initiative seamlessly. This will be everything from the delivery, internal comms and cultural change management.

You will need to have previous HR experience in an operation HR BP role and have a love for all thing 'change', this position does require someone who can hit the ground running on this project and bring a wealth of experience too!
