HR Assistant
My client, an SME based in Whiteley is seeking an HR Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.
Reporting into the HR Manager, Duties include:
- Assisting with recruitment
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding
- Entering employment data into the company database
- Processing and maintaining employee records
- Updating and tracking all types of employee absence (e.g. holiday, sickness, maternity)
- Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department
- Assisting Managers with co-ordination of reviews, end of probation and appraisals
- Sourcing and scheduling employee training
- Supporting the HR Manager on all HR matters
- Liaising with our external legal advisers as and when required
- Assisting with payroll queries
The ideal candidate will:
- Have strong HR Administration experience
- Be able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Be comfortable working full time in the office; hours are 8.30 - 5
