Description

  • Supporting all HR-related activities within the organisation
  • Providing administrative support to the wider team with all general HR systems and procedures.
  • Assisting with the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
  • Managing employee records and databases
  • Contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures
  • Supporting the HR team in handling grievance and disciplinary issues
  • Assisting in HR reporting and data analysis
  • Participating in HR projects and initiatives

Profile

A successful HR Assistant should have:

  • Strong administrative skills
  • Experience in an administration, HR or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • An ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and integrity
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g. HRIS or HRMS is advantageous)
