An exciting new vacancy has been created at an elite Barristers Chambers in the heart of London for an experienced HR professional, reporting into the Head of Administration.

This is an important role that would suit a professional candidate who's had exposure in a generalist HR capacity, however, with a strong emphasis on ED&I and L&D initiatives. This will suit a candidate at CIPD Level 5 and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Tasks will include but not limited to:

  • Managing recruitment processes
  • Inductions and on boarding
  • Enhancing ED&I polices, to include creation, execution and reporting
  • Create and deliver L&D initiatives
  • HR compliance
  • Barrister CPD monitoring
  • Ad hoc projects as required
