£24,000 - £25,000 per annum

Our client is looking for a HR Assistant to join their business to cover maternity. This fantastic opportunity is based in the Stourbridge area. You will work as part of the exciting Human Resources team, responsible for the HR functions across multiple sites.

Previous Human Resources experience is essential and a keen interest in the Human Resources function as well as excellent administration and communication skills is a must for the ideal candidate.

As part of a larger Human Resources service, you will be responsible for;

• Undertaking of routine administrative duties
• Inputting of data onto computer based systems
• Assisting with pre- employment vetting checks for all new staff
• Maintenance of the human resources filing systems
• Collation of all recruitment and equality and diversity data
• Running reports of the system as and when required
• Minute taking, investigations and hearings as required
