  • Salary Range: £30,000 - £33,000 (depending on experience)
  • Location: On-site, 5 days a week Hours (08:30-17:15pm Mon-Thur) (08:30am - 16:15pm on Fridays Type: Full-time, Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated HR/Payroll Generalist to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of HR and payroll functions, ensuring the smooth operation of the business. The role demands a combination of administrative excellence, employee support, and efficient payroll processing. The organisation is looking for someone who can start immediately, with a maximum waiting period of one month for the right candidate.

Day to Day of the Role:
  • Accurate and timely payroll processing using ADP payroll software/system, including adjustments, deductions, and bonuses.
  • Administration of employee benefits programs and facilitation of open enrollment processes.
  • Maintenance of employee records with high data accuracy in HRIS.
  • Assistance with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Preparation of HR-related reports and documentation as required.
  • Coordination of employee training and development activities.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries and assistance with HR-related matters.
  • Addressing and resolving employee concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Collaboration on various HR projects and initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • CIPD Level 5, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in HR and payroll administration.
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and familiarity with ADP payroll software/systems.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
