HR and Payroll Advisor
HR Generalist

£30,000 per annum
We are currently working with a great company based in Worcester who are looking for a HR Advisor ideally with a CIPD qualification to support the HR team in a generalist capacity.
If you are a proactive and detail orientated HR professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we would love to hear from you.
Duties will include:
- Employee Relations
- Supporting managers with disciplinaries, grievances and capability
- Managing Sickness and Absence levels
- Developing HR processes and procedures
- Assisting the payroll department with payroll including maternity and paternity
- Managing starters and leavers
- Supporting with Learning and Development
- General HR Admin
