Are you an experienced HR administrator looking for a secure role with a diverse workload? Would you be excited to deliver payroll for a multi site operation with 100s of employees?


You may not have heard of this company, but you have almost certainly ate on of their products in the last month. They make a range of seasonings, batters and coatings for some of the high streets most prominently retailers and quick service restaurants.

What’s the role?

You’ll be based in a thriving and established HR team with two main areas of focus, the administration of recruitment, training and OH processes and delivering that all important payroll function for approval.


Let’s face it, no one likes opening their payslip and it not to be accurate. For an operation of this size you’ll need experience of collating timesheets, overtime and shift payments into an excel based system. Tell us about your strong excel skills.


You’ll also become the “go to” person for payroll queries, so the ability to be customer facing and support line managers is also important. A little bit of empathy and some service with a smile.


You’ll be highly organise to balance your payroll responsibility against ongoing demands of other administration including recruitment processes and training.


You also need to be able to drive- this role requires visits between 3 sites and the post holder must be prepared to show a little flexibility.
