We are currently recruiting on behalf of a Stoke based organisation who are looking to appoint a new HR Advisor on a full time, permanent basis.

The role is due to start as soon as possible, and the salary is c£30k (DOE).

Daily duties include:

  • Working as part of a team providing a generalist HR support service
  • Handling a complex ER case load, covering disciplinaries, grievances, sickness, absence and performance management
  • Coaching, supporting and guiding line managers on all aspects of HR policy and employment law
  • Dealing with any flexible working requests and health questionnaires
  • Advising on the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including interviews and selection
  • Supporting with the company induction and working with line managers on creating content for training
  • Maintaining all key HR data and metrics on the in-house database
