HR Advisor

My client is seeking an HR Advisor who is passionate about building long-term relationships and possesses the energy and imagination to make a difference. Day to Day of the role:- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience that reflects our culture and values.
- Provide comprehensive HR administrative support across all employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, payroll coordination, and performance management.
- Coordinate induction sessions and ensure new starters feel supported.
- Administer pensions and ensure compliance with legislation.
- Support the roll-out of HR initiatives, processes, and services.
- Book and coordinate training sessions, monitor training uptake, and support the Trainee Solicitors program.
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries, offering high-quality advice and escalating when necessary.
- Maintain accurate HR records and manage the administration of HR processes, including benefits and absence reporting.
- Run monthly payroll reports and maintain records of memberships and subscriptions.
- A minimum of 2 years of HR experience.
- Strong administrative background.
- Interest in working towards a professional HR qualification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build trust and credibility with colleagues.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Commitment to confidentiality.
- Proficient IT skills.
- A progressive approach to problem-solving.

- CIPD qualification.
- Experience with an HRIS.
- Experience in professional services.
