Description
As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive HR support and guidance to both employees and management. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Handling employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Providing advice and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Assisting with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to address HR-related issues and initiatives.
Profile
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
