The role is the first point of contact for all day-to-day HR enquiries covering (recruitment, ER, case management, HR and Payroll queries, HR support and admin).
The role will include delivering accurate transactions to update the HR/Payroll systems to reflect the workforce changes, within the HR centralised function, this role will be involved, and where relevant lead the development of processes and initiatives supporting continuous improvement of the services the team delivers.
The contract HR Advisor role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience on a large number of different HR enquires and activities and giving the correct employment law advice on day-to-day HR, the role offers a broad variety of different HR tasks.
THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will have excellent employment law knowledge.
Case management experience.
Strong ER background.
Excellent communication organisational skills, delivering accurate work and meeting deadlines.
Exposure to HR, Payroll and "time and attendance" systems is essential.
Good coaching skills.
Strong team player - used to working in a close team environment.
CIPD level 5 (or working towards).
Worked in the manufacturing or similar industry sector.
Experience influencing Line Management.
Previously managed a centralised mail in box.
Capable of working efficiently, accurately and used to multi-tasking.
