HR Advisor

Location: Edinburgh City Centre 

Job Type: Full-time Permanent

I am seeking an HR Advisor to join one of our Legal Sector Clients based in Edinburgh. A generalist role involving Recruitment, providing HR advice, leading on Employee Relations and assisting with various HR Projects. Day to Day of the role:

  • Supporting 360 recruitment process, from advert to interview and induction, including Summer Placements and Graduate Schemes
  • Leading on employee relations (grievance and disciplinary matters) and providing HR best-practice advice across the full employment lifecycle
  • Delivering internal L&D workshops
  • Assisting with HR projects and other tasks (e.g. reviewing learning materials and EDI reporting)

Ideal Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree in a relevant discipline or working towards CIPD level 5 qualification
  • Previous HR experience including Case Management ideally within a Professional Services Environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Ideas person
