Elevation Recruitment HR are excited to be working on a fantastic role for a Leeds-based Charity as they search for a HR Advisor to join their HR Team on a full time, permanent basis. 

Reporting into the HR Manager, this role plays a crucial part in supporting the HR function and will act as the first line of enquiry for all employee relations issues and the employee lifecycle including:

  • Advising and coaching managers on employment law for all ER cases
  • Drafting policies and procedures adhering to legislation
  • Managing a varied employee relations caseload circa 10 cases
  • Leading on recruitment and selection for the organisation
  • Develop and deliver relevant training
  • Supporting HR projects if required
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to build effective relationships
