I am working with a non profit organisation to recruit a HR Advisor. This is a full time and permanent opportunity and paying between £30-32k. The role offers hybrid working with a requirement to be in the office in Wakefield twice a week.

Description

  • Provide support and advice on HR matters
  • Handle employee relations issues
  • Assist with the recruitment process
  • Participate in the planning and execution of HR projects
  • Implement HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employee records and data
  • Support learning and development initiatives
  • Contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture

Profile

The successful HR Advisor should have:

  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent (or working towards)
  • Knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Proficiency in using HR software
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Job Offer
