My client is looking to recruit a HR Advisor to join their HR team on a permanent basis.

Working as member of the HR department, you will support all areas of the business with HR support. This is a busy/varied role, and the successful candidate will have a flexible can-do attitude and be able to work as part of a team and the main duties will be:

  • Support the review and roll out of policies/procedures within the business.
  • Arranging training for employees within the business.
  • Supporting the business through the recruitment process, including conducting interviews and assessments as required.
  • Dealing with the induction of new employees to the business,
  • Holding disciplinary and grievance meetings.
  • Providing advice on a full range of human resource issues to the business on a daily basis.

Skills / Experience required within the role of HR Advisor:

  • Associate member of CIPD or progressing to membership, either through qualification or through proven experience
  • Previous experience within a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing business.

This is a full-time role and will involve working a 37 hour working week Monday to Friday onsite.

The working hours are within the role are 0800-1630 Monday to Thursday and 0800-1300 on Fridays, although some flexibility can be offered with regards start/finish times.
