Look no further, as my client is looking for a passionate and motivated HR Advisor to join their team and provide advice and guidance to ensure a positive, supportive, and productive workplace for all!

Responsibilities:

  • Providing HR and employment advice to direct line managers and dealing with a range of employee relations issues
  • Supporting and coaching managers to effectively manage any employee issues that arise
  • Assisting managers and employees on HR processes and policies
  • Reviewing HR processes and policy reviews whilst making adjustments and recommendations for change
  • Organising exit interviews and recording information obtained
  • Analysing data and creating presentations for the SMT
  • Maintain communication and collaboration with key departments

Skills and experience:

  • Experience working as a HR Advisor or at a similar level (Essential)
  • CIPD qualified- Level 5 or above or qualified by experience (Desirable)
  • Experience working for a Health and Social Care provider (Desirable)
  • Strong understanding of ER issues and employment law
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Ability to organise a caseload in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive and enthusiastic approach
