HR Advisor
£15 - 20 per hour via PAYE or LTD UMBRELLA
START ASAP - Hybryd Role
2 days a week in London office otherwise, Remote
Possible temp to perm role with package of 30 K plus bens
Your role is to be the first contact point for HR queries from managers and employees in the Support Team to provide an effective, enthusiastic HR support service. You will also specialise in the onboarding process and start of new employees
You will have the following skils
- Experience of iTrent People Manager software
- Good previous experience of delivering HR processing and general HR support, successfully delivering against service level agreements within a large and complex organisation
- Good knowledge of standard HR policies, processes, procedures and practical experience of applying them successfully within a work environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver excellent customer service to a complex range of customer contacts and stakeholders
- Demonstrable experience of prioritising high volumes of work whilst ensuring total accuracy, with the ability to plan and organise your tasks to meet your objectives to the expected quality standards and time scales with minimal supervision

- Knowledge of IT ticketing systems
- Knowledge of phone management systems
- Experience of working in the not for profit sector - preferred but not essential
