Our client, based in Gloucester, is currently recruiting for a HR Advisor on a 6-month temporary contract.

The position is due to start immediately with 2 days of home working available, and the hourly rate is £25.90 per hour via an umbrella company.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing HR projects such as restructures.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Leading a complex restructure project, working with the Director to scope out options and discuss pathways going forward
  • Creating new job profiles, carrying out the initial job evaluation and ensuring there are appropriate levels of management and career progression within the structure
  • Leading consultations and engagement groups and one-to-one meetings
  • Advising and guiding managers on HR policies and procedures and employee relations

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Ability to lead projects and complex cases
  • Previous experience coaching and guiding HR colleagues
  • Has provided accurate advice on HR best practice
  • Has managed change projects

Working hours:

  • 35 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
