Hays are delighted to be partnering with a private sector organisation based in Edinburgh City Centre, who are looking to appoint an HR Advisor on a permanent basis.
Your new role
In this varied role, you will be supporting with generalist HR duties including Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, and Recruitment. You will also be responsible for leading various DE&I and Wellbeing initiatives for the organisation. This is a full-time, hybrid working opportunity, working 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced HR professional with a background in ER and a generalist HR role. Ideally, you will be CIPD qualified or have an equivalent degree. This role also requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues.
