Maidstone/Swale/Hybrid
£14.50 per hour+
Full Time Contract

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a HR Advisor. This is a contract role working full time hours. Candidates will be required to cover both offices in Maidstone and Swale, with the majority of the role being home working.

The job:

• Assist managers and senior staff on professional guidance within employee relations, sickness, absence and recruitment
• Act as a point of contact for managers regarding policy, procedures and employment law if required
• Manage the recruitment process, ensure it is carried out effectively, assist with DBS, sponsorship and right to work checks
• Assist with sickness and absence investigations, escalating when appropriate and provide advice and guidance on procedures

The candidate

• CIPD qualified
• Experience in a similar role - essential
• Strong knowledge of ER and Recruitment policy and procedures
• Ability to commute to both offices in Maidstone and Swale
