We are currently representing an industry leading not for profit organisation who are looking to appoint a temporary HR Advisor on an initial 6-month contract.

The role will be hybrid, with 2 days a week in office in Oldham and the hourly rate is £26.22 inclusive of holiday pay.

Daily duties will include:

  • Providing advice to line managers on employee relations, sickness, absence, performance management, disciplinaries and grievances
  • Making recommendations to meet business needs in line with HR policy and practice
  • Seeking legal advice and escalating concerns to minimise risk to the business
  • Coaching line managers in the application of relevant policies and procedures
  • Maintaining effective records to allow the production of management information
  • Providing support to the Senior HR Advisor on complex ER casework

  • Employment law

Working hours:

  • 35 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday
  • 9am-5pm
  • 3 days working from home
