HR Advisor

HYBRID WORKING sorry to shout but it's not too often these days that HR Advisor roles within manufacturing have the benefit of flexible and hybrid working so I thought it was worth the caps lock :)

Macildowie HR are partnering yet again with a long standing and impressive manufacturing GIANT with sites across the East Midlands.

They are looking for a HR Advisor to join their team in Leicester - the role is split in to two equally interesting bits (if I do say so myself…)

Firstly - You will work as part of a team of 3 to provide HR support to a business unit/entity within the group. Understanding their needs and wants from a HR perspective and ensuring they are provided with a seamless service. This could be anything -

• Management of ER case work
• Partnering with key stake holders to ensure the support is fit for purpose
• Delivering of presentations - you need to be comfortable with this - there will be 'big wigs' in attendance
• General HR and process admin

Secondly - this role has an early careers focus. You will be supporting the employees setting out in their careers within the business, they will be new to industry, new to work and will need tight relationships and constant support.
